Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Curriculum Development ● Design and own the learning structure for your assigned program — curriculum, skill tracks, and assessments. ● Translate learning goals into practical, engaging, and outcome-oriented content. ● Work with subject experts and faculty to ensure academic rigor and relevance to industry needs. ● Regularly update and refine the curriculum based on learner feedback and emerging tech trends.

Learning Experience Design ● Develop experiential formats — labs, projects, hackathons, and workshops — that connect theory with real application. ● Create clear learning outcomes, rubrics, and teaching resources to support effective delivery. ● Support faculty and trainers in delivering high-quality classroom and online sessions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Partner with operations, placements, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of designed programs across campuses. ● Bring in industry experts for guest sessions, certifications, and real-world projects. ● Use data and feedback to continuously improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
