Key Responsibilities

  1. Media Coordination • Maintain and update media contact lists across national, regional, and education-focused publications. • Coordinate with journalists, editors, and influencers for coverage opportunities and story placements. • Support the planning and execution of press events, briefings, and interviews.
  2. Press Content & Communication • Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, and spokesperson quotes. • Assist in developing story ideas and pitching them to relevant media outlets. • Support leadership in preparing talking points, Q&As, and event communication material.
  3. Monitoring & Reporting • Track and compile daily/weekly media coverage reports. • Analyze coverage quality, tone, and share of voice. • Maintain a central repository of published articles and PR outcomes.

  1. Social & Digital Amplification • Collaborate with the social media and content teams to extend PR stories across owned platforms. • Identify opportunities for influencer engagement and earned social visibility.
